Camp opens for its 95th season in just over 2 months and we have big plans for Deerfoot ADK this year! In order to make those plans happen I am once again asking you all to join us for Spring Work Weekend on May 23-26. There is much to do as always. This year our projects will include:
- Roofing and finishing Timberwolf Cabin
- Replacing the roof on the Gazebo
- Screen repairs on several cabins
- Build a sailing dock
- Benches and a podium for Hemlock Chapel
- Set up tepees on the Island
- Gather and process winter blowdown and other tree/firewood work
- And much more!
Please join us if you can. We’ll have the usual great food, warm fellowship, and the occasional cloud of black flies! I look forward to seeing you there!
